Carol Elaine Meyer-Keener

MEYER-KEENER. Carol Elaine. Who retired after 30 years of service as the Library Director of the Hamilton County Law Library , passed away on December 18, 2014 at the age of 72. Mrs. Meyer-Keener served as a board member on several organizations such as The Cinfed Credit Union, The Cincinnati Bar Association Auxiliary, and was a member of The Daughters of The American Revolution, and several Women's organizations during her life span in the Hamilton County area. She is preceded in death by her husband, Attorney Wm. L. Keener, parents Herbert & Margaret Meyer of Gainesville FL., her sister Marilyn Freeman & niece Terry Freeman of Gulf Breeze FL. She is survived by a brother George (Mary Frances) Meyer of Tampa, FL., 3 nieces and 1 nephew and several close friends. She will be inurned at the Spring Grove Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 11, 2015, from 3PM to 6PM at The Montgomery Inn in Montgomery, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Library Foundation, in support of the St. Bernard Branch.
