Doris A. McGuire

Doris (Nee Mitchell). Born August 13, 1931. Died December 21, 2012. Our powerful and beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully and without pain on Friday December 21, 2012. Doris was born in Whitley County, Kentucky and lived a life of love and adventure in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is survived by children Patricia (Ed), Norma (Claude), and Rick (Beverly); siblings Otis Jr., J.P. (EllaMae), Maxine (Larry), and Betty; and special niece and friend Sheila. She joins her deceased husband Bob, son Roger, sister Rita, and brother Raymond. Doris' strength and life lessons live on in her 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. Services will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 12 Noon at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, where friends may call from 10:30 AM until time of service. Family & friends will be meeting at Jimmie's after the service. Donations will be accepted for the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
