Loving daughter of Emma Mills (nee Loveless) and the late Governor Mills. Cherished grandma of C.J. & Izzy “Tink” Peters. Dear sister of Tonya Hobbs, Diane Mills, Mike Mills & Paige Strickland. Loving aunt of Josh & Amber Hobbs, Megan Mills, Jojo Hatfield, Cody Noonchester and Christian & Elizabeth Styles. Passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Age 63. Lifelong resident of Norwood. Born with the gift to gab, she loved being around people. Tammy was a waitress at Sugar n’ Spice Diner for 30 years and also waitressed at Skyline in Norwood. Celebration Gathering will take place at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Friday, April 11 from 1-3PM.
